This policy explains how personal data submitted through this website is handled, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we collect
- Details you enter in the enquiry form: full name, telephone number, email address.
- Your consent to be contacted, together with the date and time it was given.
- Technical data strictly necessary to serve the page (IP address in server logs, browser type).
- Anonymous usage statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
We do not ask for and do not want special category data (health, religion, political opinions) or financial details.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- Answering your enquiry and sending the programme, dates and fees — your consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR).
- Preparing a quotation or training agreement — pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b)).
- Site security and abuse prevention — our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Audience measurement — your consent, given through the cookie banner.
4. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: 12 months from the last contact.
- Enquiries that lead to a booking: for the duration of the contract plus the statutory retention periods that follow.
- Consent records: 3 years, as evidence that consent was obtained.
- Server logs: 6 months maximum.
5. Who can see it
Your details are seen only by the course advisers who need them to answer you, and by our IT and hosting providers acting under contract as processors. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks. Where a provider is located outside the UK, transfers are covered by UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We reply within one month. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF, or at ico.org.uk.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is restricted to named staff, protected by individual accounts, and reviewed regularly.
8. Marketing messages
If you agree to be contacted, you may receive information about session dates and course content. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by replying to any email.

Any change is published on this page with an updated date. Please check it from time to time.
